LeaseUp gives Joe quick input that saves time throughout the site selection process. “When you give a marketing brochure to someone, whatever's on the page is on the page. It's tough to get dialogue out of a client."

LeaseUp collects client feedback more efficiently, and streamlines tours. “If the client was going to bring 5 people to answer 5 questions, they might be able to bring 2 people now, because those other two had their questions answered just by looking at the pictures or what was on that survey.”

Based in Milwaukee, Joe works with clients seeking spaces across other cities in Wisconsin. Sending a single link for multi-city surveys instead of individual PDFs is another huge asset, and one that clients love.
